Work Somewhere That Feels Like Family

At SwimTech, we save lives by teaching kids to be strong, technical swimmers who can save themselves, not just float or swim a short distance. We believe that starts with our people. Whether you’re leading lessons, greeting families, or managing our team, you’ll be part of a fun, supportive team that values growth, connection, and purpose.

We do lessons different from your average swim school, we run classes for 50 weeks of the year which means we can offer both full time and part time opportunities to the right person.
